Game information
Warsow is a first-person shooter designed for online play. The team has sought to create a fun, fast, action-packed game which may be seen as a critique of the many realistic, slow, warfare-orientated first-person shooters that saturate todays FPS market.
Weapons
Warsow has 8 different weapons (and the Instagun for Instagib mode), each with their own strengths and weaknesses. Weapon pickups respawn every 15 seconds and ammo boxes every 20 seconds.

Gunblade
The start weapon, that can either shoot a projectile with splash damage, or can deliver a strong melee slice to anyone in range.
45dmg projectile, 45dmg blade cut.

Machinegun
A powerful long-range weapon that hits instantly, and fires very fast.
6.75 damage per pellet, 90 damage per second

Riotgun
The deadliest close-range weapon in the game. Use the Riotgun to push your enemies off from hugging range.
100 damage for full hit

Grenade Launcher
Splash-damage weapon with a fast reload.
65 damage per projectile, 725ms reload

Plasmagun
The Plasmagun delivers the highest damage output in the game. Not as effective as the Lasergun for direct damage, but it is very good at spamming medium to long range.
14 damage per cell, 140 damage per second

Lasergun
A powerful and fearsome instant hitscan weapon for medium range fights.
6.75 damage per cell, 135 damage per second

Rocket Launcher
The best all-around weapon in the game with a powerful projectile.
75 damage per projectile, 900ms reload

Electrobolt
An instant long-range weapon with deadly electric shock and slow reload.
75 damage per hit, 1250ms reload

Instagun
Instantly frags enemies, but has a slow reload. Available in Instagib mode only.
1300ms reload
Health
5, 25, and 50 HP pickups respawn every 25 seconds.

5 HP
Adds 5 HP to your health, but does not restore health past 200 HP.

25 HP
A 25 HP pickup will increase your health by 25 health, but will not exceed 100 HP.

50 HP
A 50 HP pickup will increase your health by 50 health, but will not exceed 100 HP.

Megahealth
Adds 100 HP to your health, but does not restore health past 200 HP. The Megahealth respawns 20 seconds after the carrier's health reaches 100 HP.

Ultrahealth
Adds 100 health points to your current. Max 200 health. Ultrahealth respawns every 40 seconds.
Armors
Amors absorb two-thirds of all the damage you take before it is depleted (0.66 protection ratio). All armor pickups respawn every 25 seconds. All armors stack stack +50 armor points for double pickup. For example Red Armor gives 100 armor, second pickup maxes out at 150 armor points. Yellow armor gives 75 armor points and maxes out at 125.

Red armor
Adds 100 armor points to your current. Max 150 armor.

Yellow armor
Adds 75 armor points to your current. Max 125 armor.

Green armor
Adds 50 armor points to your current. Max 100 armor.

Armor shard
Adds 5 armor points to your current armor. Max 200 armor.
Powerups

Warshock
Increases weapon damage by four times. It lasts 30 seconds, and respawns 90 seconds after it was last picked up.

Warshell
Decreases damage taken by four times. It lasts 30 seconds, and respawns 90 seconds after it was last picked up.
