The map looks neat, but the textures look a little flat. If you're
going to have boards and what not laying around, dirty the world
around it up a bit.

ye, the flat textures thing is the lack of lights atm and ye ofcourse i'll add some cracks in walls etc.
i even never knew how to use decals till now really... i'm really liking the more detailed maps that are created for wsw since 0.5, gives me inspiration for mapping :D
Anthy, that looks nice, but dark. Also, mark the forcemeta checkbox
at misc_models so they can use materials and cast light ;)

just from an consistency pov, i dont think wood really fits in
here. You should do a more metallic and futuristic style for the
stairs and other wooden stuff.
im not a huge fan of that rock texture either. maybe putting more constructed stuff on the rocks, make it look like a new facilty under construction?

don't use too much ambient, it kills the nice deluxe effects abit i
think.
maybe use more light from the sky?
and i agree about the rock texture law :)

Nah, netradiant q3map2 fixes the issues with ambient + deluxe. It
can be used safely again :)
