after a couple of games on the map, ive made the big bomb room a
bit smaller. I also changed the beta spawn area quite a bit as i
couldnt get the skyportal working as i wanted it to, its still
outside and in the middle of a city, but on the ground rather tahn
suspended on a platform. Its also a bit further away which will let
the defenders decide whether they want to be aggressive or not in
the middle rooms.
Ive also made it a bit more obvious where the bombsites are and how to access them. Im still getting this issue with the looping sounds, and once those are fixed i will release the final map, so id really appreciate some help with that :

ok, ive managed to fix the sound issue, seems warsow doesnt like
stereo sounds. doing some tweakage now and it shud be ready in a
bit. then id like one final wave of feedback if possible?

Ok, i did a full rexture and did a few more details and what not,
and i think im finally done with this map. my first proper released

Gametype : Bomb and variants :P
Story : A team of elite saboteurs infiltrate the CDB Industries Research Facility in Warsow City with the aim of blowing up one of their supercomputers.
Gameplay : The map is quite simple, with a only 2 routes into each of the Computer control rooms. One route per bombsite is behind a closed door, with a button on the other side of the map which opens it for a limited amount of time. The actual super computers are kept underground, and have to be accessed by opening a combination of doors, which also stay open for a limited amount of time.
Misc : There are a bunch of sounds around the map, various hums for the computer mainframes and the actual supercomputers, some flyby sounds for the hover cars in the city, and another general futuristic city humming sound :)

The download is quite heavy due to the custom content included with the map, a couple of texture packs and sounds. It comes to just under 20megs :s

Well there's lots of those buttons and stuff, it slows the game
down a bit (which is not a bad thing) and 90s timelimit fits it
better.
so bcos the map isnt some brainless rushfest (altho maybe it will
be) it cant be played in bomb?
up your gamma, if you have a problem with darkness, im pretty sure
its u
looks nice as hell. cant agree with deli, pretty sure this map will
be playable in bomb and lovebomb too

Law, that's not the right answer. People already have their gamma set for the rest of maps.
ye but so do i, and i dont really have a problem with it. Anyway,
if its not super bright, thats also partly intentional, it adds
atmosphere imo.
It depends on the monitor, Law. LCDs oversaturate color a lot and
make dark stuff be visible.

afaik @ irc you said that you want to make nice cyber lookin (or future) map
these adds looks nice but why whole map looks like you didnt rly want what you want to do, a cyber map or a ghetto?

Overall thats a nice progress and a nice map
Things you should think about are: retexturing some parts, relighting, moving bombspots to the rooms with 2nd buttons.
