Warsow NL lan number 83

Friends, foes and fuckers,
The recent news of our clanmate and friend dezje dying came as a bit of a shock to the core warsow.nl community. It did, however, bring us together again and quite a few players have been playing some Warsow once again. Seeing dezje was one of the guys who nearly solo-organized the last NL lan in The Hague, we thought it was a pretty awesome idea to get something going again... a little lan, competition, whatever. Just chilling with the wsw crew.
Maffk and myself started talking about possibilities and stuff and have taken the organizing role upon us (I GUESS). Friends of mine over at Revspace, The Hague (www.revspace.nl) told me we can probably use their hackerspace as a location, it's pretty huge and has a cool atmosphere. Free of costs but a little donation to their space wouldn't be a bad idea imo :P
So, a few questions;
- Who wants and can come, I'd really like an estimate of people who would come. I think around ~20 would come now
- When? Dunno, democratic vote time I guess. Goal atm is the end of November somewhere?
- We were thinking of making it more of a hang-out, chillax lan. We'll get some pc's running so we can share them over the players for the competition, n stuff. What do you think of this?
- How long? I was thinking 2 days, a weekend... What do you think? Sleepingplaces are no problem if you bring your sleepingbag I guess.
Just give me info's and we'll see how it goes!

Do you want only NL players there? Because some players from other
lands might go there too..
Anyone is invited, of course. Already have some Belgians who want
to come, probably some Germans too... :-)
I'm down. A weekend would be cool and definitely somewhere in the
middle of November would be perfect. (arranging things atm for
myself to head for Dreamhack Winter around 25th nov)

Well, at the moment we're looking if there's enough interest in
"end november", if yes; We'll settle on a date and get things more
organized. Duelling... ;P It's just a funcompo, more of a chillax,
hang, play some wsw. And of course drinks and drugs are allowed,
just see it as being a guest in someone's living room - don't
overdo it and respect the owners stuff ;P
