Did you typo wdm12 or is wdm11 really in the pool? I'm not sure if it's even suited for duel.

I don't think it's the wdm11 you're thinking about :)

wdm2 is just a shit spawn-rape map. cwdm4 actually takes some brains to play and leaves the out of controll player some chances to come back.

Ggood to see that the same arguments regarding map changes/specific maps are still alive and well :D
My opinion isn't reaaaaally valid as I'm not playing BUT if I were I would emphasise that change for the sake of change is worthless! The pool should consist of the best maps (whatever they are- new or old) :)

Put in both, dm2 and cwdm4 => gg!

Puff is the only on that plays cwdm4 anyway :x

I agree its a spawnrape map but wdm5 and wdm6 are even worse spawnrape-wise then wdm2. If it were for me, i'd ban all small spawnrape maps from competition and only keep them for funplay.

On a sidenote wdm6 isn't as much about spawnrape as wdm2 is.

Why? Personal taste I suppose? I just dont like the layout/playstyle of cwdm4, thats all because the design of the map is good :) I rather have cwdm3 or 36dm4 but I guess i'm the only one :(

wdm6 is a spawnrape map because 50% of the time you spawn very close to where the last fight was and you're able to EB-hit him right off the spawn. Look at kerpal how he is sometimes able to get 3 spawnrapes in a row with having instant EB-hit on spawn. (wdm5 is even worse where it can run up to 6x).

About cwdm4/wdm11: I also doubt that the map in it's current state is good for competition (i won't explain here why). But imo it is always good to have a map in the pool wich isn't played as much as other maps and to give new maps a chance.
In the end i think the map-pool is good although i personally don't like 4 of the 5 maps ;).

I think daxio doesn't feel as comfortable on wdm3 as he does on wdm5/6/acidwdm2 :).

dm2, dm3, dm5, acidwdm2 and the old dm15 or dm14 tbh.
