See-through portals?

I was tweaking graphics settings when at some point, the portals on Deemsix turned somewhat see-through. I could see the bots as colored blobs past the portal. Is this a bug, or is it normal?

Maybe you just have super vision skills that your brain makes you see stuff nobody else sees! :)

It's not doing it now, and I have a different driver (nVidia instead of nouveau). However, now when I set the lightng to vertex, all the walls are pure black (but not transparent). The portals, players, and items are the only things visible.

on some portals its intentional. not on deeemsix portals tho i think :P
