FPS stuck at 59/60/75f for no apparent reason

I am angry!
Why?
Cause suddenly my fps won't go farther then 59.
No I don't have a weak pc.
Yes I have vertical sinc off.
And yes I have maxfps to 101.

Tried all video settings but nothing happened to the fps (Normally I get 300 minimum).

So what's wrong again with Warsow?

it's vsync. to disable it:

r_swapinterval must be set to 0
vsync must be be disabled in your video driver

r_swapinterval IS 0
vsync of videodriver IS off

well, try deletingenaming your config.cfg

If it still wont work do a system restore back to when it did.

But I'm cleaaning my registry each day

The strange thing is I have 4 installations of warsow on my pc and in each fps won't increase farther than 59

It's locked by the car drivers.

I think you mean card drivers (or you are just a strange guy)
I searched in my card driver but vertical sinc is setted off.

Also tried new config and new installation nothing works.
Setting maxfps lower than 59 works but higher doesn't matter it ever goes to 59.
Has it maybe something to do with vista?

im getting decent fps on vista, so i don't think so

did you install a program like fraps, or xfire or anything that could possible be hooking opengl functions?

both but I never use them and I allready installed them months ago and nothing changed

did you reinstall a video driver?
if yes, did you remove the old one, also with a driver removal tool?
this may look like total bullshit, but i had that problem once,
and using a driver removal tool worked.

jea I installed the newest dx9 and dx10 drivers some days ago (needed them for crysis).
Can you give me a link of a driver removal tool please?

there are no video card drivers for myvideo card so no I haven't installed any

Of course there are drivers for your card, it wouldn't work otherwise. I guess there isn't any control panel with them. Some other thing you installed has locked your card driver settings to vsync on. You need to goggle about that. Maybe there are some generic tools that allow to change the configuration or smthing.

I don't know, but if you say you have many copies of Warsow and suddenly every of them went locked into 60fps, it has to be vsynch being locked on. There's no other explanation (that or your card broke. Choose).
