What if we could have an option to choose between various grenade skins? There are many guys who like the skin in v0.42, but also many that likes the one in v0.20.. So, I think an option would fix the whole thing..

For example this option (under "setup/player setup"): "grenade launcher skin/look: "v0.4x"
So, if we click on that option (v0.4x), it can be changed to "v0.2x", "pille/cylinder"(from this thread), etc.....

No, it doesnt matter that much.. I like the ones in v0.42.. They look good, and they fit very good bouncewise :D Heh..
But IF they are going to be changed, it would be best to have them like in v0.20 (besides that they may sink like they did in v0.20..)
So, the 0.42 look is good enough.. Now I am looking forward to getting the strong grenades "strong" again :)

A brightskin coloures the whole model in one colour you choose,
like we can already do with playermodels (no face colour nothing

this is going little offtopic but didn't feel like making new topic
for it as it's about grenade look as well.
So i got an idea that all weapons would have some kind of teamcolor in them like LG beam and EB trail change color depending on which team the player is. I think this would be very good for grenades, plasma and rockets specially because now when i see plasmaspray coming and not seeing the shooter i always wonder whether i should try to dodge it or not same goes with nades in fact with nades it's even more annoying as if i knew they were not opponent's nades i could try to take some boost from them :P ofc making this could turn out to be bit hard for riotgun :P any ideas?

Can the grenade be shot a little longer? I mean, can you make it so it can be shot at further distances (a little bit)? ;)
