side note- i wont shoutcast- i just realised what a twat i'll sound like to my flatmates (/me goes in to the kitchen Flatmate: "Tom, who the hell were you talking too earlier? Something about 35 or something laming with plasma and 'whoring' the transporters on dm5 or something?" Me: "ERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR." Might play if I've got all my work done by then though! :)
*edit* and oh yeah, and don't bother with the whole base vs ffmod thing COUGH DAXIO COUGH- it's base atm, and if enough people start moaning about that then... i'll probably just cave in and make it ffmod but bare in mind you'll lose a bit of your soul and that you enjoyed base before, so you'll still love it now! :D + ffmod doesn't work well on dm5 (according to 2 players or something, think law said it too- no doubt he'll steam roll in to correct me though :D).

nahhh, just a little older and more wise, Bill Gates hasn't owned Microcrap in a decade, i wouldn't worry about him at all. I would be more concerned with international piracy if I was you, but as you claim, your so bright and above the law.
I would also think as a website, promoting illegal copies of anything would also make you liable.
