I was an elderly style tac ops player, and enjoy cs , i like the
idea of this game. Smaller maps, with frantic gameplay with a first
rate engine. But i gotta admit i think im out of my depth here.
I think it woult be better to create a single static page on which
you find the important links and which should be opened when
someone installed Warsow.

this sounds great, a simple step by step tutorial of what warsow does have to offer just that new players know what servers to join etc
You could easily create a wiki-page to do this, and let the
installer op this (in windows at least) but to be honest, I don't
think that's going to work.
What would be a lot better is in-game tips & tricks, during map-loading, having a screen where you can click "continue" before joining a map (like in TF2)... I don't think anyone is going to read this unless they are faced with this information the moment they would actually need it.

Just wait 'till you see how fast 0.7 loads maps, no one will have time to read them ;)
Tbh well structured online tutorial with both written information
and embedded videos to show what the guide was talking about, would
help way more.

And btw I never really liked this TF2-like Introscreen, If you really want an ingamehelp, I would rather put it somewhere accessible from main_menu

its just an idea: A offical warsow youtube channel, with tutorial videos, videos about usefull jumps and tricks in the maps and replays from the final games in some cups. Futhermore its a good publicity for warsow. Or easier a side with links to such videos.

I allready started something like this, but I unfortunately lost my
login data for that account and youtube that bitch now works with
google and wants me to enter all kind of peronal data only to
retrive my password, so a clear no for that acc but I'll start
doing more of the match-videos as soon as I have my new monster-rig
and a bigger hdd.
I still dream about the videos get displayed at the Media section
of warsow.net...
an official youtube channel would be really quite sweet!
