.6 in the ubuntu repository?

Here at this place it's only allowed to use software, including games, that are in the ubuntu repositories.
I guess it's a security thing. Any chance 0.6 will be added there?

dont worry. Sometimes it's better to use ufficial pkgs

Repository packages will have the problem of being outdated most of the time.

Hmm. So the only way to get warsow.6 is ddl? Is there a warsow repository ?

I might be able to convince someone here to add one or two repositories.

Will most likely have to wait until 11.04 to have 0.6 in the repos, unless warsow has a PPA for updated versions.

deb http://archive.getdeb.net/ubuntu maverick-getdeb games

then open terminal and type
wget -q -O- http://archive.getdeb.net/getd.....rchive.key | sudo apt-key add -

or you can download this .deb to automatically install the repo
http://archive.getdeb.net/inst.....b1_all.deb

the playdeb repos are updated pretty much just as soon as new software versions are released, very well maintained
