Ver 0.6`s lag

i play my warsow 0.6 & its so lag

but i played 0.5 was so ok

how could i set up the game prevent from LAG

you need to post:
- operative system (32/64 ?)
- graphics driver
- wireless or ethernet ?

I noticed the same issue. 0.5 runs flawless, yet in 0.6 even with an amazingly low ping I recieve lag. I'm running Windows XP 32bit, 2gb. DDR dual channel 2700mhz., ATI Radeon 4750 1gb. AGP 8x, 400watt PSU, AMDAtholon 2.2ghz. I'm running games I shouldn't be able to, and yet my favorite game.......Warsow, with less graphical demand, well....lags. I'm at a loss right now. I want to play, any ideas? I've even tried dropping all visuals to below retard standards, still lag. In 0.5 I had all the graphics settings maxed out.

i've had some graphics lags problem on linux 64bit too (it could be wsw problem or nvidia drivers problem...i dunno).
To fix them i've used medium profile + 250fps max in advanced graphics settings

Have you used the same config.cfg of 0.5 ? If yes, use a fresh config.cfg and put inside sensitivity+m_accel+fov values from 0.5

If it doesnt work, it could be a drivers problem. Install the latest ATI drivers version.

I checked, I have the latest drivers, and even went through most of the game settings for various things. I'm still getting lag from 0.6. I'm not sure what else it could be. Hmm......help!!

If you have dualcore, try sys_addinity 11 if it helps

I have single core, would that do something?

Nope, it's just for dual+ cores

My tower runs amazingly since I'm forcing it to keep up with newer computers. I'm coming into two more computers, another single core, but 64bit, and a quad core. I'm really hoping this is only a game issue. I actually run more demanding games on this tower now, so that's why I'm confused, and a little upset. Especially since I love this game.

I think Kiki meant sys_affinity , not sys_addinity
