Hello everyone.

I decided to try Warsow since I'm a Quake lover and the game seems pretty fun. I'm now making my config and I have 2 questions so far :

- I'd like to use crosshair 6, this is the shape I use in quake but unfortunately the crosshair 6 is half invisible. Actually, it seems most of crosshairs are invisible in Warsow exept 2 or 3. Is there a mean to boost the crosshair alpha or to have a personal crosshair ? Do you think bright crosshair of all shaps are going to be inplemented in the future ?

- What is the best model for enemies in general, as to the sound, movement and hitbox fitting ?

Other than that I think I'm doing okay, will have to make a hud later on but these are pretty much the two questions I have been wondering about.

Thanks.

hi man ! welcome in the warsow community

- type cg_crossair then [TAB] in console. You will see some crosshair configurations to set how you want
- i like monada fullbright red for the opponents and bobot full bright green for me. Monada is pretty easy to hear so i suggest that for you

Thanks for your answers.

Unfortunately, there is no cvar to regulate the crosshair alpha so I can't modify my crosshair 6 transparency, which sucks in my opinion.

All crosshairs should be very bright with a command like cg_crosshair_alpha so that we can control its transparency. I guess I'm gonna have to create a custom one .

As to enemies, I'm currently using bigvic full bright green. He seems wider than monada and thus easier to see.

EDIT : Is there a mean to have the map in black and white (grey) and the rest of the models (icons, enemies) in color ? I think I saw a vid of crizis with these settings.
