we are searching for a talented 2D-artist to realize a new very secret project related to the warsow racenet. you should be familiar with transparent PNGs and possibly have some nice references.

I think the description is a bit blurry and hard to understand what youre looking for.Are you looking someone that masters digital art,vector art,texture artist or all of these.Which programs etc
