I couldn't say who the best is or was.. and I haven't read all the posts but personally

for CA, and because of a multitude of things like - style of play, accuracy, crazy shots I would say Jizzness and Witty. (equally)

ur lack of competence is almost heartbreaking /0 :D

for me is klacid :D
