Pig browser is back

Hi! Everybody say thanks to crizis for hosting the newly rewritten Pig Browser (Warsow edition).
Expect a few glitches in the matchresult monitor although it's pretty stable. On the top of the list at the moment is Vicek, so everybody now play some duels and advance in the list!

Great job ! (Again), what will happen to pig ranking when 0.7 will be release?
Just some feedbacks : it would be great to easyli navigate between the first and the last page without click on each page separetly
Plus adding a new column showing the winning streak of a player would be great !

Also I have to point out that the elo calculation has/had a glaring bug which most likely caused Cremator's and other "top" players elo rating to inflate to much larger values than what they should've been.
