Moving around the map on a certain level is what one should consider when signing up, im not talking about proshit here.

Your "noob"cups are just normal cups.

Not really, I tried to keep any regular duelers and well known players out of the cup. It's really a cup for people who didn't make a showing in the duel scene yet.

Thats a nice way to put it. People who haven't succeeded in cups or such before. I mean it's impossible to know every single player but its quite easy to check/know if they've ever won a cup game.
