I can't use the w/a/s/d keys to move and I can't rebind it. When I push item in game options and push key (letter) nothing happens. I use Ubuntu 12.04 with Russian language.

Because without sudo game don't run:

Well clearly your base game path is write protected. You should fix that first probably.

should fix your "doesn't run" issue

I have changed the law (sudo chmod 777 -R '/home/wz/warsow_1.0/'), but it didn't help.

Your home partition is mounted with noexec flag then I guess.

you don't need write permission for that directory. the directory warsow is trying to write to is "/home/wz/.warsow-1.0"

i'd go for
sudo chown -R wz:wz "/home/wz/.warsow-1.0"
or
sudo rm -r "/home/wz/.warsow-1.0"

sudo chown -R wz:wz "/home/wz/.warsow-1.0"


After it the game become run without sudo, but it didn't help to bind keys.

sudo rm -r "/home/wz/.warsow-1.0"


After it the game doesn't work.
