[GT] bomb_pcwmod

I think this method of selecting weapons could be very nice for public too. It doesn't stop anyone from choosing 2 primary + 1 secondary but it allows taking 2 secondary weapons. It's simply great :)

Plz make this mod standard on all bomb servers asap, ty :)
