low gravity mod

can somebody help me making a low gravity mod?
-g_gravity should be 45
-no falldamage
-all weapons with unlimited ammo

PS:i've tried myself but it doesn't work :(

i think all this you can set up in your console with cheat on, so no need to do a mod :P

where do i have to add that? config?

Are you running the server yourself?
If it's a listen server you can just bring down the console (with ~) and enter:
g_gravity 45
callvote falldamage 0

map blah
give all
give rockets 99999
give plasma 99999
give .... everything you want xD
