This things I installed in the last days:
Crysis
Windows Update
Directx
CryEingine2Sandbox

hmm the windows update...it was a update to make vista more compatible with my graphic card which was needed to run crysis
maybe this has caused it?

Here is a pic of my control panel if you don't believe me:

"Automatisch Aus" means "automatic off"

And my video card is not broken!

What are other possible values for vsync in your drivers? I think my NVIDIA also has "Always off" or smth.

fuck*ng shit
I will not put vista in the paperbasket only for Warsow.
It is your job to make it compatible that's why I'm talking with you

Please don't let this turn in an OS war.

Vista can't be the problem, because many people don't have problems at all running Warsow on Vista.

Well yes I am allmighty
And yes it is ever the others fault never mine.

But finally I found it out!
I might be allmighty but it seems that I have a lack of intelligence.
I tried it some minutes ago again and suddenly I had 100 fps. wtf
After some thoughts about what has changed until the last half hour I found it finnaly.
Sometimes the hardest parts have the easiest explanation.
It has not primary to do with my video card, the main part is my laptop.
In cause of beiing a noob of using my laptop I hasn't resignied that my notebook switches to low power settings when I'm using only the accu.
And it seems that low power settings activates vsync.
So the only thing I have todo is to switch to high power settings.

Well thanks everyone for the patience with me and their help and merry christmas all.

Is it possible that you are on a Mac with BootCamp? In some games, I have to do odd things to get Vsync off.
