Right, but presumably you can still circle jump/strafe jump, so does it mean you can't build up speed by using special key (i.e. dash, walljump)?
"Prejump" doesn't really make much sense to me.

lol i think it means that you cant go back after spawn and do like 2 jumps before crossing the line.
nah, u can do a regular start, with a dash or strafejump before u cross or whatever....
it means u cant do a whole series of jumps in the area before the start line to gain more speed than you would normally, smtg like bouncing between walls till u gain 800ups and then crossing the line, instead of starting at around 550ups...
its a good rule, just badly phrased in the rulebook

just dont do something unnormal before the startline, stand there, do a circlejump or dash and start. DON'T jump from wall to wall before hitting the timer or bunny all the time and have a go. when you've started teh timer you can do whatever you are able to do with default warsow physics
