The FOC is dead, long live the FOC!
That is right, boys and girls! We are back with the better than ever all old...I mean all new FOC - the Field of view Online Challenge! (d-man, the founder of Futurelink doesn´t play much Warsow anymore.)

And this time Devilray2000 (AKA Dray2k, thats me 
) will provide administration with the generous support from FoV (AKA Field of View.) who will also be an administratorr.
This challenge will take place on 29.08. 20:00 GMT +1 (Over 2 Years after the second one, OMG!)

The rules for our contest are:
1. The server and the mapname will be available in about an hour before the contest starts. The mapname will be kept secret until the server runs. It will be PASSWORD PROTECTED to make sure only willing racers join (password will be posted in this thread a few hours before the challenge starts) PEOPLE CAN JOIN THE CHALLENGE AT ANY GIVEN TIME THE CHALLENGE RUNS. The challenge ends, when all the participants finished their races.
2. When the challenge starts, each player who wants to participate in this contest will have to chose a specific number (for example 1.Dray2k - you decide what number you want to have), while furthermore THE PLAYER MAY WEAR NO CLAN TAG. The player with number 1 is going to race at first, the one with number 2 will start as second, etc...
3. Each player has exactly FIVE minutes to finish the map, while the fastest time each player achieves counts as his valid time. During these five minutes, each player has unlimited tries to finish the map as fast as possible. The player who achieves the overall fastest time will be WINNER of the constest. If the
4. ALL PLAYERS ARE FORCED TO SPECTATE, WHILE A GIVEN PLAYER IS INSIDE THE RACE; if someone joins the race, starts to play and therefore violates this rule, he / she will be kicked. This rule is only valid when the contest itself is running and NOT during WARMUP TIME, so be free to warm up as long as you want before the challenge.
5. When a player is racing for the contest, everyone else has to talk using teamchat function (to provide fair gameplay); so please don´t spam while somebody is racing, as this may be annoying for some people. Violation of these rules will be followed by kick.
6. To ensure that most people dont get demotivated or start worrying about their times, all records Will NOT show up in the scoareboard. The times will be evaluated shortly after the challenge. We hope this rule will make more people want to join into the competition.
7. Certain kind of movement patterns such as the famous wallstrafe and prejumping aren´t allowed due to their controverse usability and will result in disqualification.
8. Fun is always a good thing, so just have fun and enjoy yourself.

Type "connect 212.117.165.6:44400" inside the console without the " of course, also copy and paste works!
The server password is: foc3
As with the warsow tv server, enter "connect 212.117.165.6:44440" (it doesn´t have any password.)
