About
Warsow's Official Wiki
War§ow is a First-person shooter (FPS) game designed for online play. Many games, as detailed below, have inspired War§ow, yet it is its own unique game. Similarities to Quake 3 CPMA and Unreal Tournament series are probably the most evident. The team has sought to create a fun, fast, action-packed game which may be seen as a critique of the many realistic, slow, warfare-orientated First-person-shooters that saturate todays FPS market.

What sets War§ow apart from other FPS games
- Focus on movement as a skill with various possibilities of gaining speed and moving throughout levels.
- Special-key: you are able to perform special trickjumps with this key, such as walljumping or dodging
- Ammo: Weak- and Strong-Ammo types for each weapon – new gameplay experience
- Put visual aspect and visibility on the same level of importance, finding visual solutions so it is as competitive with the most eye candy directed settings as it is with the most performance-directed one.
