Was thinking the same :)

Don't contact me, wasn't involved in racesow dev and therefore don't have any additional information to provide. Ale might be able to help as he was sideways involved.

I think most required info can be found in mgx race directory.

I'm seriously very surprised that nobody has provided any accurate information yet...

Got a testserver running at 77.72.150.21:44401. Authentication is done through the warsow.net matchmaker so you need to be logged in (ingame). Still need to setup cross-compilation, so for the time being only warsow_x86.exe is supported for Windows.

Known bugs:
- Open issues at github

Also, `topold` retrieves times from a very old 1.0 db dump, in the future this will contain the most recent 1.0 times.

Please post your bugs/thoughts below here :)

so is this essentially a extended race gametype based on the warsow 1.0 racesow mod?
rifo told me that it uses the warsow.net accounts (ingame login) in order to store the times in the database.

if that is the case, you deserve a blowjob by a hot warsowian lady and a billion Yen in cash!

It's a mod. And yes, Pink redesigned authentication to use the matchmaking system as opposed to stand-alone race accounts.

Sucking dick isn't my preferred method of expressing gratitude, but nice work murk :).

Server seems stable, mod works flawlessly (hud, ramps aren't buggy anymore, improved practicemode, ...). What is needed to get a normal (non-x86) up?

Debugging 'maplist' and cross-compilation (win/lin x64/x86) are on the menu this evening

btw murk, i can't watch a demo i recorded on the server, how come? tried opening directly in x86 and navigating to it, it's not listed in demobrowser.

edit: error is "couldn't load default font "bitstream_10""

Maybe you can share it in case anyone encounters the same problem?
